No. Stripe has no monthly fee for standard payment processing, and neither does Payment for Stripe. You pay Stripe's processing fee plus 1.2% per sale, only when you get paid.
How much does Stripe charge?
In the US, 2.9% + 30¢ for online and manually entered cards, and 2.7% + 5¢ in person. Payment for Stripe adds 1.2% per sale, with no monthly fees and no contracts.
